The short version

We collect only what we need to give you access, handle billing and support you.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are handled by Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
Email us anytime to access or delete your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Meridian Private Office LLC, operator of BlackVault Picks ("we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you use our website, private Telegram channel and passes (the "Service").

1.Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, Telegram username, and anything you send us in messages or support requests.
Purchase information from Whop: our payment provider shares details such as your name, email, the pass you bought, payment status, dates and limited payment details (for example the card type and last four digits). Whop and its processors handle your full card details; we never receive them.
Automatic information: when you visit our site, our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. Our site stores a small note in your browser (local storage) so the welcome offer is not shown to you twice. We do not use advertising cookies.

2.How we use it

To give you access to your pass and the private channel, and remove access when it ends
To process payments and renewals, and handle billing questions, refunds and chargebacks
To send you service messages, such as access details or important changes
To send updates or offers, which you can opt out of anytime
To prevent fraud, promo-code abuse and sharing of paid content
To follow the law and enforce our Terms

3.How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help run the Service: Whop (payments and memberships), Telegram (delivery), Netlify (hosting), Google (fonts and email)
If required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect our rights, users or the public
With a buyer or successor if the business is sold or transferred

4.How long we keep it

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for billing, tax, dispute and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

5.Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6.Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing theblackvaultpicks@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Texas or other U.S. states), you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records.

7.Age restriction

The Service is only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8.Third-party links

Our Service links to third-party sites and apps such as Whop, Telegram and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply to them.

9.Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
