Refund Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

1.All sales are final

Because our passes give immediate access to digital content, all purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable, except as listed in Section 4 or where required by law.

2.Not eligible for a refund

• Losing picks, losing days, losing streaks, or results you are unhappy with
• Unused time on a pass, or not reading or following the picks
• Days or periods with few or no picks
• Renewal charges (weekly, monthly or yearly) you did not cancel before the renewal date
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Access ended for violating our Terms, including sharing or leaking picks
• Problems caused by your own Telegram account, device or connection

3.Cancelling

Cancel anytime in your Whop account (Memberships → BlackVault Picks → Cancel), or email theblackvaultpicks@gmail.com before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds.

4.When we will issue a refund

We will refund or credit you if:

• You were charged twice for the same pass and period
• You were charged after a cancellation we confirmed or that Whop shows was completed before the renewal date
• You paid but never received access, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of you contacting us
• A refund is required by applicable law

To request one, email theblackvaultpicks@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, with the email used at checkout and the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

5.Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for an authorized charge, including a renewal you forgot to cancel, may result in immediate loss of access and a ban from future purchases, and we will submit evidence of your purchase and acceptance of our Terms.
